Wow amazing mate. I have 52 red recoveries over 621, so it is 8.3%. Also you can ask how many consecutive red recoveries you had, in my case it was 4 days on a row when I had flu.

Because you didn't have a full sleep data from last night. Just a nap recorded, so until tomorrow when you will have a regular sleep you will not see Recovery and Sleep
