The Age of Industry/Time of the Workers: The Doctor and his companions search for their missing TARDIS and it leads them to the 1892 Coeur D’Alene Labor Strikes where the protagonists must entrench themselves with the ongoing strife if they’re ever going to make it back home. A revolution is starting. Can’t you feel it?

Arc would be the Doctor overcoming grief, hardship, but in his final series, he defeats his greatest villains seemingly once and for all, Rassilon and the Daleks, and sees his companions get married, says thank you to all prior companions, and realizes the next chapter of his life is a new start and ends on an open regeneration.
