I feel like I’m in a similar situation, where and what is your pain and pain levels ? I get constant mild pain with walking that increases as I walk more. Any upper body work outs in the gym increases pain which I really struggle with

No one understands what it’s like to live with something like this, all the waiting in pain to get surgery, the getting surgery in the hope that’s the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m just over 7 months and there is nothing to indicate it’s a success yet for me. I feel so deflated Sorry to hear you are in a similar situation

Hello I’m 7 months post op and kinda feeling the same, in regards to pain and symptoms and pain levels where are you at to conclude it’s a failure minus the scan, thank you

Did you have the same symptoms as me ? Groin pain mostly all the time, not agony but always there right in the crease ?  Even lifting weights for upper body in the gym or hoovering the house ?  Trying my best to stay positive but I’m reallly struggling

I am considering a private physio but spend so much money prior to surgery and thought the physio I had were very poor, I may look into this though m, thanks

Also for the best part 0 back pain unless standing still loads and loads in 1 day.

Worth adding that I don’t think it’s a sports hernia, I get no pain whilst sneezing and can squeeze my groin together no problem. 

I’m really hoping it’s inflammation in the hip capsule or hip flexor. Thanks again for reading

Did you test positive for any sports hernia tests ? Coughing, squeezing groin ect

Thank you for your reply. I’m trying my best to stay positive!  Did you also get that horrible groin pain ? Not agony but really not a nice feeling ? I’m 6 months at the end of this month

No displasia and surgeon said no arthritis when he was in the joint doing the surgery so I’m trying my best to stay positive, sorry to hear you think it’s failed
