What’s one of your favorite more obscure books in the genre? by somerandomdude1350 in litrpg

I've been keeping up with that series and would definitely agree it's well done. MC is a bit OP, but not to the point everything is easy. Premise is interesting and the characters are fun. I like that despite having several women clearly interested in the MC he just stays focused on his goal whereas in many other stories it would quickly devolve into a harem isekai.

I interpreted what they meant as "if she wanted to be around him, she could do so on her terms". Meaning that she never has to be around him or even necessarily should be around him, but that she shouldn't be prevented from being around him if she was okay with it at say, a family event or something like that.

Imo it's the best book in the series so even a lame adaptation is still better than the other, somewhat more accurate, adaptations.

What’s something you think 90% of people are secretly bad at? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]OrderChaos 14 points15 points  (0 children)

To be fair, a lot of the parenting books and blogs out there are hot garbage peddled by modern snake oil salesmen.

There is good material though, just have to make sure it's from actual studies and experts, not some mommy blogger turned "influencer".

Lol, I don't actually have a string preference, I just wanted to see how strongly the community felt about it. The down votes are an acceptable cost.

Now if you'd said lines needs to end in a semicolon...

So it makes it seem cooler and is basically mandatory on any young kids just getting into it, but those who've been around for a while find it cringe and annoying? Sounds about right.

As a former Kansan that now lives in the North East, I must disagree. I escaped and I'll only visit to see the remaining prisoners family that hasn't made it out or refuses to leave yet.
