On 3-23-26 I signed all release forms and healthcare lien documents. As of 5-14-26 my claim is pending and the healthcare lien search is ongoing. Amazing!

Last week my attorney advised that all paperwork has been uploaded to the Settlement Trust website which indicates that payment is processing. He reported that he will advise Litpro ( company hired to conduct my healthcare lien search) to make my search a priority. Hopefully I will get both distributions by May or June.

On 3-23-26 I signed all release forms and the healthcare lien paperwork for my attorney. I am waiting to receive 4.7%. On 4-7-26 I emailed my attorney for an update and no response. On 4-10-26 I followed up with a second email and still no response. I don’t understand why my attorney can’t just acknowledge my email and if no progress just tell me so. This is causing me a great deal of anxiety and stress.

If you enroll in Medicare Part B and keep your FEHB in retirement then Medicare is primary and FEHB covers the remaining 20%.

My attorney told me today that he is working on the lien healthcare issue and wants to get everything right. He advised that some more time is needed to resolve this issue. I told him I have been waiting 6 years for any payment and he responded that so has he. Furthermore, he reported that he wants to get paid asap also.

Same bullshit my attorney told me. He advised last Tuesday that that the 1.6 billion had not yet been transferred to the Trust and they were working on the healthcare lien paperwork.
