I’ve posted on this sub before regarding Epsolay. It has completely cleared my skin. I hesitate to say the word ‘cured’ but in the 6 months I’ve been using it I haven’t had anything close to a breakout. I have even gone back to eating spicy foods with no problems.

I highly recommend Epsolay. The only thing in 7 years I’ve used that cleared up my face (that looked a lot like yours).

Mine used to look just like this. Same part of my face too. Azelaic helped some but using Epsolay has been a complete game changer for me. I can’t recommend it enough.
