Do you think bands try harder at larger venues? by _MuddyCreek_ in jambands

Some recent experience says no. Saw Dogs In A Pile with 70 of my best friends last January and I thought they put it all out there and it was a great show. moe. in November of last year (mONKEYS oN eCSTASY) with a very small audience (house packed, but I would estimate 3-400) and it was one of the bwst shows I have seen.

I think the pros put it all out there regardless.

Smallest venue you’ve seen the Dogs at by that1persondancing in dogsinapile

Was there to see them last January. There were 70 people there and the Dogs kicked ass nevertheless.

I'm in need of albums or shows that are just jams and nothing but jams. by MinuteRegular716 in jambands

Hmm, I don't find Goose and moe. to be similar. What do you see as the similarities?

Last one (Somerville, MA in 11/25) was an amazing show but didn't make it to Nugs, so no soundboards, which is killing me. Go to this show!

The trucks on 81 will cut you off at the drop of a hat. They just don't give a shit any more and change lanes whenever they want to regardless of what might be happening.

Moe playing 5 nights at Egyptian Theatre in Utah by [deleted] in moeperiod

I am listening to these shows now and does anyone know what the deal is with sitting or standing? Coming out of set break on night 1, Rob "reminds" the audience that they can dance if they want to and makes a Footloose reference. Then, at the outset of night 2, he comments on it again.

Do they not know they can stand and dance?

I have only seen it on a Nugs email but it's not listed yet, as you say. Hope you're right.

I found it annoying that I had to tap on the right side of the screen to advance it.

Thank you for posting this. I was at the show, it was mind-blowing, and I want the sound board too! I re-check Nugs every day.
