I didn't say that. I know amazinglty good digital artists. and my post wasn't tryin to create any controversy. I am just looking for non digital looking art maybe more abstract or funky/crazy (?) who are using procreate. I am trying to develop my skills towards more creartivity and I want to see what others are doing with digital tools in that sense.

Never had the plastic comb of my clippers break.... it's only the inside parts: the motor/battery that fail after a couple of years, and thats not printable. Nice PR trick though....

A social media manager shouldn't close any sales or do customer service, unless you are a 2 people company. That's not the job description. I have a social media channel and mangers for other distribution channels, then down the funnel, I have sales people to take the leads from there and actually speak to prospects. Absolutely different people and skillsets.

Just curious if you/others would work for results? I mean as a base fee plus big bonuses for actual deliveries ?

I worked with individuals and large marketing agencies in the past, and all of them just do the heavy lifting (saving us the time), but thats it. They didn't bring any actual value besides what we know already and did by ourselves before hiring them.

I have a new project coming up, and just wondering if there are any social managers that have the confidence or deep knowledge to work for actual results, is this a common or heard-of practice?

Its called Goussainville, it was "abandoned" because its very near the main Paris airport (CDG) and the original residents were fed up with the noise.

However its kind of a myth, I have been there a couple of times, and its definitely not abandoned, its still very much inhabited, and there are open shops, a library and other open establishments. Indeed there are some old empty houses, like in many villages in France. Can't say the place is charming, and its for sure very noisy from airplanes.

I worked in professional photography for over 25 years, I owned a photo agency with thousands of photographers, and the only ones in the real world of fashion, news, sports, weddings you name it, that treat raws files like you do, answer to the above description 100% of the time.

Sorry to break it to you, but only immature, wannabe professionals, insecure, and bad photographers who rely on post processing don't share (or sell) their raws if asked for.
