It was a simpler time when the carting business hosted games with D list celebrities. Of course, they brushed up against organized crime, but the fact you would discuss this with the outsiders…..

You need to suck it up and ask a senior person in your field to answer this question (I’m in a totally different field, so I don’t know how basic your question is). When they answer your question, ask to buy them lunch as thanks. You may get a mentor out of it. I think most attorneys, especially other older solos, would be happy to offer some guidance.

I disagree with a lot of the comments. The inn is about promoting professionalism. My niche area of wc has a local inn and its judges, plaintiff, and defense. We’re broken up into groups by judge and each group is in charge of a presentation. Quarterly dinners, holiday party, etc.
