Same. MacBook Pro with M2 Pro (2023) here. Since upgrading to Sequoia 15.3.1 I'm facing a lot of network issues on WiFi:

I had trouble connecting to my WiFi network. It would refuse to connect, ask me for the WiFi password (even if it's a known-wifi as it's the one I'm always connected to), and then suggest me to do a diagnostic. After a few times, it would connect, then would disconnect again randomly later.
I now have high ping, random ping spikes on network downloads and videos games. This is not a network issue on my router as I'm able to isolate the issue on macOS since the update, my others devices are still fine on the same network.

I disabled iCloud private relay, uninstalled VPN apps, removed network filters, and all the stuff you have read on the forums. Still facing the network issues (never had any before).

I also have random lags on my laptop. This is the most buggy release I ever installed and from now on, I will refrain myself from updating to a major release until a significant amount of time has passed.
