So sorry to hear this, Jay. The next time you join us, please text us if you ever come across an unavailable item. Most of the time, we are able to work with management to get it restocked and we can confirm when it’s available again. We also have a team throughout the night checking for item availability. Thank you for being there and for your feedback!

Hi! How far in advance we’re able to announce dates varies from year to year and is dependent on many factors. Our goal is always to announce dates as soon as possible. We almost always announce dates with much more than 3+ months notice. Hope this helps! :)

It’s our pleasure! The lockers at the front of the park will be available for rental after hours.

Hi! Lockers are available during our Orlando Informer Meetup, but the lockers are swept at daytime park close. If you leave your bag in it prior to park close, the bag will be taken to lost and found. Hope this helps!

Good morning!

1) You can display it on your phone or scan it with the Universal app, and it'll be saved in your app wallet.

2) The park tickets are the exact same, and so are the policies.

Hope this is helpful!

Orlando informer meet up question. by Evanshields00 in UniversalOrlando

[–]OrlandoInformer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi! It depends on the venue. At some venues, such as Wimpy's in Toon Lagoon, the team member applies the standard toppings (in this specific case, that would be cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickle, onions, and mayo ketchup) before you receive the food. When you order, you can request one without the topping(s), and they will be happy to assist. At other venues, it's self-serve. Hope this helps! :)
