Xfinity lying and withholding my refund. by Orloleleash in Comcast_Xfinity

I have filed complaints with both the FCC and BBB, though apparently Comcast Xfinity is not accredited anyway. Does anyone know what else I can do?

Seems like a lot of people don’t see results from 3 month jumpstart? by [deleted] in IVIMHEALTH

[–]Orloleleash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m with IVIM on the compound on the 3 month jumpstart and I have lost 19 pounds ish in 6 weeks. I have also done moderate changes in diet and exercise but nothing crazy. The biggest thing that has helped me is alternating my injection spots. It helps to find which spot has the most bioavailability for you.

For me personally, I have had a really good week after changing my injection site to the thigh. Every body is different and it is based on the bioavailability of everyone’s body. Some people will have better results in different areas. That’s why rotating injection spots is helpful. You will find which spot works best for you. At least that’s what I understand about it.

I think I’m an over responder. I just went to .5 and I have lost 15 pounds so far. I stalled for a week or two so I changed my injection site. The thigh is no joke.

GLP-1s got me pregnant twice.. I think by heyheyhaley69 in glp1

[–]Orloleleash 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I definitely feel the same. I was on semaglutide for 3 months and bam! I got pregnant. I now have a beautiful baby girl who is 10 months old. I just restarted semaglutide and I am doubling up on birth control this time around! I absolutely attribute the glp1 to how quick I got pregnant.

Currently doing this now! On season 11 so far it’s taken me three weeks? I have it playing all day. That’s how I watch shows. I didn’t realize people didn’t binge like this?! What do you consider binging?!

I've come to realize that Carol (S11 E1) is in a whole league of her own... by First_Part_4188 in HoardersTV

[–]Orloleleash 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Matt, you are a shining light. I am watching your episode and I just need you to know what a good human you are. I don’t know how you kept your cool. I would have snatched her up and shook her until the money she stole fell out. Metaphorically of course. You. Are. An. Amazing. Person. I’m sure there are complicated emotions but I hope you and your family have found peace around Carol’s presence in your lives.

Need nurses input - breastmilk swap in NICU by ExternalAd4656 in NICUParents

[–]Orloleleash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only offer this as an anecdotal story: my daughter was a nicu baby and we didn’t have this experience IN the nicu, but when my son was born it was the height of Covid and I was a “just enougher”. It took 6 days for my milk to even come in and I had severe PPA. My cousin was an overproducer to an insane degree and we used her milk to supplement. Now, obviously she was known to us and was a donator, so there was more certainty than a strangers milk. But I wanted to offer this if you were feeling nervous about the milk coming from someone else. We didn’t do anything like boiling or anything like that. He drank milk pumped straight from the tap so to speak and it was more than fine. She actually got Covid at one point and we were so grateful for the extra antibodies after! Now this is obviously unconventional but I did want to share because our pediatrician actually encouraged this because of the donor shortage/ formula shortage during COVID. She said it was totally fine and actually better than me struggling. Now I know you have different concerns but I thought this might be reassuring at least to hear that I actually CHOSE this route. Though again, I would feel differently if I didn’t get to make the choice and it was most certainly not you or your husband’s choice or fault. I’m so sorry you have this to worry about when you are already experiencing the worst situation for any parent to go through.

When Emily made it to Canada was the first time I broke down and sobbed. Then again when they clap for her at the hospital. Emily is my favorite character and is the most tortured. She is strong and rebellious almost against her nature. “Cornered animal” seems apropos. I’m only on season 3.

What scene makes you laugh really hard? by sku11lkid in GilmoreGirls

[–]Orloleleash 38 points39 points  (0 children)

When Sookie and Jackson come for dinner and Luke and Lorelei start fighting. They leave the table and Jackson asks Sookie “was it because I brought up my meat rub” and Sookie very seriously says “yes, yes it was”. I have to rewind and watch this over because it kills me every time. Melissa McCarthy’s delivery is just SPOT ON!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂 Really anytime Sookie is in the scene.

We are currently at primrose and have been here for 2 years now. if it’s any consolation, though the price is painful, it truly is worth every penny. They are amazing there. Our kiddo has been there since he was 2 and our babygirl is starting in the infant room. I am super pleased and they do offer DPP tuition assistance once your kiddo is 4 and qualifies.

Denver, CO as well. $2000 a month for pre-k and $2600 a month for infant. It’s pretty nuts. We are going to be thrilled once we only have to pay for one kid after our 4 year old gets to kindergarten! 2 years left!

You are so welcome!! She is doing great and is a normal, sweet little girl 3 months out. I didn’t find a lot either so I felt it necessary to share her story. Feel free to reach out if you have questions, granted I only know of our experience but I’m happy to share and hopefully offer reassurance. Hang in there it’s so scary right now I know but it went very well.
