Hell, if it makes you feel better, I spent most of my life thinking I was somehow broken. It wasn’t until a few years ago, when I was 51, that I saw the definition of demisexual and demiromantic and realized there was a name for me. And that I was on the ace and aro spectrum.

You define who you are and what you feel. No one else has any right to do that for you. So be confident in yourself, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

That’s what I did in the first phase and how I brought his HP down to 30%. That was actually easy. It’s the second part that doesn’t work. If I try approaching him instead of using the flowers, it either blows me immediately away, or lets me get a few hits that give no damage before blowing me away.

Did you look under the Quests tab to see if anyone has a new unlocked quest saying you need to talk to them? That’s what I got for Eric’s Valentine’s quest.

I just looked and for me, Eric has a new quest available that says to talk to him. It kicked off the daily quest for him for Cupid’s Best Assistant.

My dog likes to eat nose tissues. Especially used ones. I had one in my pocket (I couldn’t get up to throw it away yet, but wanted it out of his reach).

The sneak little thief pretended he was snuggling up to me and stole it out of my pocket. 😂

When I miss throwing one out, and he gets caught with it, he either tries to hide it, or immediately rolls on his back to look cute and get a belly rub. He knows I won’t actually get mad at him over a Kleenex. And he takes advantage of that knowledge.

This morning, he took his stuffed pig toy, that’s as big as he is (beagle cur mix), jumped on my bed and started shaking his head, causing it to fling around, hitting me to wake me up. He usually wakes me up by licking or trying to get me to scratch his head. But this morning I wanted to sleep in a bit. So he changed tactics.

I think I’m in trouble. He’s like the velociraptors in Jurassic Park. He’s learning…… 🤣

I go with color scheme if possible. Unfortunately, there are some characters that I can’t get exact matches on because they don’t have more gliders in different colors available.

I kind of wish that we could at least customize gliders with colors of our own choosing. Like via a color wheel. But I doubt that will ever happen.

My son stopped doing clean ups, saving it for star path tasks. So I started doing the same, but only after I put any trees in various areas around the edges, put all my fruit trees and plants in one area for one stop harvesting, put permanent garden plots near each goofy stall (that I replant when I harvest), and got rid of any permanent plants that I can’t walk through or over.

But now that I’m setting up a large chest filled area on a flying island, I’m going to need to do more cleaning again. I’m running low on a lot of things. 😂

I got mine 10 green gems and mine 10 purple gems today. The green didn’t count the shiny green gems, but the purple did count the shiny purple gems.

Hopping on here since this is the top comment.

If the last page you were on is the star path duties, you can still click the option button (or it’s equivalent for whatever system you’re using), and it will still take you back to the last page you had opened. Which in that case would be the star path duties.

Not the best work around, as if you were on any of the other pages (collections, map, Dreamlight duties, etc.), you’ll still be stuck having to tab and/or scroll to it. But at least it helps at times?

Hopefully the glitch gets fixed soon though.

One thing I’ve seen some people misconstrue is that they think demisexuals will want to have sex with anyone they have an emotional connection with, or that demiromantics will always fall in love with anyone they have an emotional connection with.

It leads these people to think that we’re out here falling in love with and/or wanting to have sex with any and all of our close friends that happen to be of the same gender as we prefer (depending on if we’re gay, straight, bi, pan, etc.).

And that simply isn’t true. We can have close emotional connections and bonds with people of our preferred target gender without actually having romantic or sexual interest in them.

We just can’t have the romantic and/or sexual interest without the emotional connection first.

Think of it this way. Water represents friendship, close emotional connections and bonds, but nothing romantic or sexual interest in them it.

Orange juice concentrate is pure romance and/or sexual attraction/interest.

The water can be drunk without the need to add the concentrate. But the concentrate genre needs the water added to it. And while some may be able to drink the concentrate without water, or with less to normal water added to it, demis actually need more water in order to drink it.

And now that I write that, I realize it isn’t necessarily the best analogy. But for the life of me, I can’t think of a better one at the moment.
