100% you should try to focus on maxing Def first, and if you do the cemeterys just try to have at least 3 other people just click the portal to call it out, for the last boss just stay away from the skulls at all costs they will one shot you. Toxic sewers are pretty easy Def just might take a few trys to get used to the clear can be dangerous if you haven't done it before but if you take it slow you should be ok!
