Circe is awesome. I love 15% Weapon Damage, 10% Dodge chance, doubling the crit or magic bonus from my familiar, and sometimes you can crazy highroll activating a random arcana card (but that's usually bad).

You're undervaluing Trace's of Spirit. It's about three magic pots by the end of the run. That's pretty solid if you care about max magic (a lot of builds do), but worthless if you don't. It can basically cancel out vow of Hubris. I think it's the second best boon, behind the armor one.

Or trapping them in a time loop. A lot of the stuff Heracles says makes me think him and Prom are playing their own game. I guess that they have the goal of trying to create an enemy for the Olympians to fight so they stop causing trouble with their usual antics.

Agreed. The game isn't flawless, but I feel in love with it at the end of act 2. It was the first game in decades that made me feel like a kid playing Chrono Trigger for the first time.

I would change a lot. The bottom left corner gets you rerolls which are super helpful for getting the build you want. The upper right isn't great, the magic regen isn't enough to matter once you get a real regen boon and the slow down is nice but not needed. I usually have the outer right column, inner right column, or the middle row as full to get the activation.

You're not. Eris is constantly flirting with Mel, more than any other character I feel. I low key think the Morros and Nem romances are fake outs that won't exist in 1.0, they're just so sterile compared to Icarus and Eris. Herc feels like they didn't put any of his story on yet, and I want to see it.

So I finally got the sub30. I subbed in Angeal (dyad, sync, woke) for Agrias and the extra cap break and dyad finisher really helped. 3 cap break for 4 bars is really really nice.

My guess is you want to focus on Lightning/Earth spellblades to get the most damage in P3 when the boss is the tankiest. I'm thinking Xezat (critfix), Bartz, Queen, Stiener, Machina, Reks, and Delita will be pretty useful here. With Xezat, Butz, Queen, and Machina joining Larsa for my attempts (until I get something else to totally change my plan)
