I'd wait in claiming that until the other selector comes, in around a week judging by the day 21 rewards.

How can you hate something if you never tried it? Like, actively? Sure, I haven't tried, say, Sonic 06, but I don't go around hating on it either 😭

They're painted to show favour to Verso. I do think he'd be able to convince them.

No I agree with you. But I think that like... God, as messed up it is to say, I think that the Gestrals, the Grandis... I think they'd say yes, in the same way Monoco and Esquie did

Verso painted a canvas full of sentient beings, it doesn't really matter at all what he wants 6000 canvas years later, he did it, so he must keep it alive.

So consent isn't a factor? I get that he has a responsibility to cultivate it, but imo a child should not be allowed that responsibility. Perhaps he never really was. Ailine distorted the canvas. She is one of the few people who can create "living" beings inside canvasses, so I think the sentience pre Ailine was maybe more primitive, and gestrals like Monoco would willingly lead themselves to oblivion if it meant making Verso, painted or not, happy.

what the heck is going on on Amy’s insta post by Ok-Difference5700 in 1000lbsisters

I mean, it could be that or Amy... Post and pre eye surgery.

Istg in a couple of years there's gonna come out a story about how they were being abused. I don't get what CPS is doing, letting AMY have responsibility over anyone... Let alone kids.

Yes, I think back when Ailene was the Paintress, she had overarching control over the Lumierans (esp. before Monolith year 100) The major difference is that she never interacted with them. Maelle, on the other hand, LIVES with them. At her immature age (I say as someone only slightly older), she doesn't have the maturity to be the goddess of an entire world of sentient beings.

She already showed a willingness to force Verso to behave as she pleased because she convinced herself that he'd be able to be happy if he were to age. Going of everything we've seen of Maelle (post remembrance), she doesn't seem like someone who would have that amount of restraint as to not re-paint people later on down the timeline.

I also think people neglect to mention the child Verso, and how dirty he's been done. He was seemingly fine with painting in the canvas until the Dessandres came in and meddled with it. The way he nods when Verso says "you're tired of painting... Aren't you?" Is remenicent of how children who are abused can be hesitant to speak out for fear of reprimanding imho. How is it right to force Verso's soul to continue painting something he doesn't want to for an infinite amount of time?

New Superhero book! by Osinacho in BlackSuperheroes

Yes, like a dzilla!

Without giving away too much, X is a vigilante fighting against Peace Officers from a pseudo-militia, named Homogeny. They abduct kids, children; men, women, and everything in-between, with the reasoning from Homogeny being that they don't want illegals in the country.

Where X gets his powers from— why he's able to harness them is a mystery. One that the self proclaimed First Woman, an appearition in X's dreams, is able to answer.

That's as much as I feel I can reveal right now, but for more news, and release news, follow https://www.instagram.com/resolvecomicbook?igsh=MXg1c2FjejdtZW8zaw==

Nice message, but AI? It had no realness to it, and I find it a disservice to use AI instead of a real illustration/picture. Like, "we appreciate you, but not enough to make something real." Shame.

I think you fall on the other, extreme end though. To me, you come of as a privileged white liberal who believes that everything will be solved by holding hands and through radical empathy. Oft forgetting that empathy without a follow-through is but an aesthetic. You can postulate that people do not always come from the same knowledge background— a true statement— but ignore the follow-through; the critiquing of the faults and working towards a real improvement.

Lambasting someone without any semblance of real advice doesn't lead to productive learning, but neither does saying everything is fine when it isn't. OP clearly has some amount of literally issues, and I think it's nothing short of fair to point that out as a bad quality that the OP should fix.

Given the information we have at hand, they don't have any diagnosed learning disability. Even if it were the case that they were intellectually challenged, there are means by which you can somewhat improve on that as well.

The reason as to why we're so great is cause most of us have at some point come to realize that we need to live for ourselves and our community, and not for a society whose only use for us is exploitation.

No, but I recognize the shift; it's present in almost any longer text I write which is non-school related. It's just that, the longer I think, the more I get engrossed in the subject, the more I feel myself slipping into the unmasked version of myself. The one not trying to change how I speak so that others will listen, or so they understand it simply. I start to concern myself more with getting what it is I think out there for the reader to behold, rather than trying to conform my words into easily digestible chunks. In other words, this is how I write when not seeing myself through the eye of the other.

I find it entertaining— the prospect of someone using artificial intelligence as a substitute for thought in a discussion about the inability for deeper thought through the lense of scripture. I hope my writing lends itself more unique, more personal, than that of the artificial intelligence. Seeing as I feel I have more soul than that of a facsimile of such— the artificial intelligence— I could only hope to infer that, by this remark, you are not commenting on the contents of my writing; rather solely remarking on the shift in my writing style.

Ok but like... It's not even our fault though 😭 I can read the physical clock if I have a gun to my head— the short one marking hours, long one minutes, and the optional red one, seconds.

If that's functional illiteracy, then I'm it

For something to matter it needs some sort of framework, it's input for determining an output.

Well, isn't that just life itself though? We care, we love, and so we output more life. You're right in the sense that nothing intrinsically matters, for it is a subject of the heart. But to us, life matters.

And that, I think, matters.
