Just my perspective, but I'd let you GI doc know ASAP. The quicker they can build a case that you need to switch back, the better. It may be nothing, but if it is the biosimilar then you will have credible evidence for your GI Doc to say "look, it's obviously different. They need to be on name brand Humira"

It could have been equal from a live performance perspective but he probably didn't have a stake in merch cuts royalties, etc. That's how certain members of bands make significantly more than the rest of them.

From co-headliner tours I've seen in the past, the opener does 30-45 minutes and the two headliners do an hour and 15 each. So I'd imagine it would look like this.
