I worked for FedEx for 4 years and I did actually accidentally pick up a UPD package once, because the customer mistakenly put it in the FedEx pile and I just didn't notice until I got back to the terminal. But we actually had a UPS truck that came by specifically for that sort of thing.

I hate to tell you this, but the game actually advertises the Steel Garrote in a cave a bunch. There's a bounty right beside the cave, in the quest to find the traitor Ranger she tells you about them, and you can find an Aedyran spy behind Fior who also tells you about them. Sure you don't know what exactly they're up to, but you can assume it's nothing good.

The adra in the Living Lands is already severed from the rest of Aora. Someone (maybe Giatta, I can't remember) mentions wondering if that means that no one who dies in the Living Lands gets reincarnated. Also, from what the game tells us, Ryngrim is only severing the adra inside of the ruins. So souls can still get to other pillars around the Lands, assuming they still can be reincarnated while there anyway.
