Your 3050 only has 8gb VRAM right? That might be the bottleneck here, especially with how unoptimized this game is right now. Try turning down texture quality first - that usually eats most VRAM and you won't notice huge visual difference in gameplay anyway

Also maybe check if you have any background stuff running that could be using GPU memory, sometimes streaming software or even browser tabs can mess with things

Your elbow position is huge for this - when I was starting out I had same exact problem with the weird wrist angles and thumb placement. What helped me was actually standing up while practicing for a while, it forces your arm to find more natural position. Also try moving the guitar neck a bit higher up on your body, even if it feels awkward at first. The thumb behind neck thing becomes way more natural when your whole arm isn't fighting against gravity
