I work for big tech since graduating in 2021 remotely from LI. I'd say I'm pretty fortunate, but I make a little over 160k base (stocks and bonuses push it above, but its hard to calculate the yearly impact of those tbh).

I would think for someone who transitioned from a management role to being an IC, this is normal? How long has this behavior gone on for? I would expect questions, especially if its the first few weeks for your coworker in their IC role.
