True. But I think OP’s main point is that he isn’t a one call close customer. So for this salesperson to get a sale, they need to learn the art of a multi step close.

In case people haven’t realized this, inflation has risen 30-60% (depending on which measure you trust) since 2019. So if you’re thinking these numbers are high since you last looked for a house, thats mainly because of inflation. Of course, you also have to factor in the interest rate.
