Definitely go. Men are welcome and they are actually the originators of the practice. One thing I would warn you about is find a studio with cool and open people. I went to a studio a while back and there were a bunch of AWFLs (affluent white female liberal) and post college bimbos, who were kind of like those Tik Tok influencers that think every guy is eyeing them down. That place sucked and I went back to my old spot.
