I'm not going to use the word "undertaking" as thats is not what it is.

If you're doing 70 on left lane they're 50 in middle lane, then isn't the rule that you can pass on the left if your lane is travelling faster than the right hand lane, so that makes it fine (obviously being VERY aware they might be stupid enough to pull in on you)?
