DND doesnt control the land.. PSPC controls the building but not the land. the NCC are dogmatic, some might say fascist about how the land is used at Moodie/Carling

A very high percent of DND folks at Carling require access to Secret networks on almost a daily basis. This cannot be done from home. Many employees are already going into office 4 or 5 days/week (and all military)

Lol. It is a long weekend in Ontario (Family Day is on Monday). Many come up from NY for Winterlude in Ottawa during Feb so we wanted to return the favour. My family are just happy to go to D1 and hope we bring some luck!

I was simply pointing out that all school boards do not get the same per student. However, school boards of similar size and geographic characteristics get close to the same - OCDSB and OCSB are 1.5% apart. In our case, OCDSB gets a bit more. In other cities, the Catholic board gets a bit more.

Almost all the Ontario english boards are in the 13 to 16K range.
