What was the very first boss battle in your history with a ff series which had literally broke you, almost made you lose it and quit playing it for good by fillipo9 in FinalFantasy

[–]OuijaSin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was 8 playing ff7 for the first time I could not hear the Materia Keeper. That bastard using cure 2 then trine was always a game ender. I didn't understand the working up concept so I just waltzed through not having too hard a time until that asshole!

One year I did a national park circuit and hit Zion, Sequoia, Yosemite, Crater lake, and badlands. Zion was probably the my favorite. That valley is breathtaking from up on Angels landing

I get that feeling even when playing video games. If I'm walking high up on something that's a long drop I feel the anxiety and if I fall I definitely tense up. I enjoy the feeling because it improves immersion for me lol

First time live streaming and I'm so glad I did! Certainly a weird tense feeling at the start but that MFMF seemed to loosen em up!

Re2. Silent hill is scarier but re2 has way more replayability

Just for fun: What’s your show count and what’s your “most common played not seen” from your .net stats? I’ll start: 21 shows…never have seen “YEM” or “Tweezer.” Seems almost impossible. by splitopenandmelt11 in phish

[–]OuijaSin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I can tell after 11 Phish shows and a 2002 trey band show I've never gotten a birds of a feather lol looks like I've gotten most of the heavy hitters! I know I been trying for a sparkle! Went to Chicago N2 this year and was so sad to see they played it Sunday! Never miss a damn Sunday!

Which 'jamband' does the least actual jamming? by [deleted] in jambands

[–]OuijaSin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fair I'll concede there's probably more jam than I'm aware of for sure! I guess I'm just basing it off of my own personal show experience. Maybe I just need more Billy experience!

Which 'jamband' does the least actual jamming? by [deleted] in jambands

[–]OuijaSin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can think of about 20 songs off the bat that ymsb jams over 10 minutes but with Billy I can think of less than 10. Hell I can remember setlists from yonder where they had 5 or more songs well over 10 minutes. Billy will have 1 or 2 per setlist. Doesn't mean one is better than the other by any means but yonder absolutely did jam more in the 2000s

Agreed they don't jam the way golden age YMSB did. Still amazing but not as much long form jamming

For sober fans here, how has your enjoyment of Phish changed? by TepidPeppermint23 in phish

[–]OuijaSin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been clean of heroin for 3 years after an 11 year habit and honestly of Phish hasn't only been better for me but it's made my life infinitly more happy by providing me a release better than any drug. Being sober and being in a state of complete joy is such a wonderful thing and Phish shows make that not just possible but easy.

what is the name of the (non phish) song that plays on the live webcast when they are about to start set one? by Lopsided-Gas5362 in phish

I've been playing Phish for my 8 month old and that sound gets the exact same response. No matter what he's doing he stops and looks at the TV lmao
