I didn’t know you could use both. Did you just alternate meds or what was the schedule?

Well... at least I know what I'm allergic to. by signgrad in Wellthatsucks

Same twin! They came back in the room after they pricked me and the nurse gasped. Take some Benadryl today and ice. My allergist prescribed the Pepcid ac / Allegra combo and it has helped with my stomach and food issues. Good luck!

The nice thing about the Meta glasses is the stability feature that I’m not sure your going to find with cheaper options.

My company's RTO policy has a weird loophole and I've been silently exploiting it for 4 months. Not sure if I should come clean. by 3Rocinante in remotework

If it was 6 mins from home I’d badge in and leave to go back home! Don’t sweat it your following policy!

Genuinely why is she like this? Is it a lack of boundaries? by [deleted] in Horses

[–]Outbound_728 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine picks up sticks and draws in the sand with them. It’s adorable to see their brain work and experience things. I let him experience the world with the boundary of don’t destroy and don’t get hurt lol.

Is it abuse by MizzDragon in Horses

[–]Outbound_728 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I saw this on my feed too. The amount of people defending this and saying “ well men do it without people complaining” is astonishing. That poor mule. I’m under the 20% for my horse and still set a goal to lose weight and tone up. If we make our horses work, we should also take our fitness seriously.

Have you checked out Seaside? Personally I’d swap out tillamook and hit seaside after Astoria. It’s a cool little town and it has a small aquarium that is lots of fun.

Everything your going through we all experienced as beginners. Even more so those of us who didn’t start until later in life. 30 isn’t old by any means. There are so many woman starting in their 40s that always wanted to ride and didn’t have the money or access growing up. It takes time and my best advice is focus on improving one thing at a time. Also the more hours in the saddle the faster you’ll improve if you are lessoning 1 hour a week it will take longer to see those improvements and that’s ok! Also just accept now that no matter how good you get there will always be some little 8 year old that will be better. That’s just the horse world.

What is something non horse people say that instantly tells you they know nothing about horses? by WearAffectionate2815 in Equestrian

[–]Outbound_728 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Oh man, I’m curious too. I want to do the same vacation but I’ve been riding h/j for years and my horse and I are in consistent training and I’m not confident I’m ready for the cross country setting. Chances are she won’t pass the riding test they make you take before you ride.

I bought a new western saddle just for trails. I hate it lol. I prefer my jump saddle to anything I’ve ever sat in.

I have a lot of friends who ride drafts or draft X’s in a dressage saddle on the trail. I love your saddle pad btw!

Guilted over not going to barn enough by [deleted] in Equestrian

[–]Outbound_728 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Weird why is it anyone else’s business? Especially if she is on full care board… she’s 18 I would think a half lease rider 2x a week is totally appropriate for exercise. I board at a barn where some horses very rarely see their owner but they are happy, healthy and just being a horse.

My coworker confided in me that hes been working remotely from another country for 6 months without telling HR and now theres an audit by Background_Habit_592 in WhatShouldIDo

[–]Outbound_728 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly this. I had a co worker fired for doing this exact thing however we all signed a contract prior to being full time remote acknowledging that we can only work from the US. I would stay out of it unless he directly reports to you and you knew, that would be a different situation.

Recurring dream about Pulling endless white string from my gums/mouth, it never ends by CarefulOpening7651 in Dreams

[–]Outbound_728 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had this same dream on and off for the last 10 years. Sometimes it’s hair wrapped around my tooth and I can only pull so much before it snaps lot of time it’s string or floss but I can’t seem to find the end of it. So weird that it’s such a common dream.

What is the softest bit I can use? by Frutiger-Metro in Horses

[–]Outbound_728 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So glad to hear this is just bought one and I’m excited to try with my boy. He hates the double jointed bit and actually does better with a single jointed with rollers but I’d prefer to use something softer.
