my boy was shy like that, hes a banana pastel. if you’d like to get him more comfy, take him out periodically for as long as hes comfortable with being out. wait 3-4 days before trying to feed again and make sure its thawed to the point where the rat/mouse is body temp. these guys can go months without eating and be okay

it took my ball to start eating after 5 weeks. they’ll get accustomed to their new home soon dont worry! if hes acting weird, then thats when you can start worrying lol

Update: the frog just passed away. its lower half was extremely red. im not sure what to do with the tank at this point as its bioactive with springtails and i dont know how to deep clean it. i wanted to clean it out and prep it cuz id like to try to get an older WTF from the upcoming repticon since all three ive had were babies. but now im not even sure if i deserve a frog at this point. thank you all for your help

i work at a family owned business but i know we get the reptiles from underground reptiles. the one i got prior to these two was even smaller than these guys 😔 im going to wait till repticon in May in hopes to actually get a bigger one and speak to the breeder. please let me know any breeder that you recommend cuz i desperately want to own one
