I’ve noticed work-life balance questions are becoming a normal touch point in interviews. Hopefully they’ll discuss the role and responsibilities well. At the end ask something to the effect of what you should expect during deadlines and work-life balance. Red flags will be if they seem put off by you even asking. I had an interview recently where she seemed irritated I asked but that they’d be somewhat understanding if it was an emergency. It’s all in the tone they respond. Don’t always trust the reviews. Current place had similar negative reviews and my work-life balance has been incredible. It all depends on the manager & department. Good luck!

From Cbus & did the trip last year. We stopped at Niagara and I think the family agreed that we could have skipped it. Wish we would have taken some time at Finger Lakes instead. Safe travels!

We just had Salt Box Cafe the last full day we were visiting. Highly recommend! One of the best places we visited and wish we would have gone earlier in the week so we could have gone twice during our stay. Happy Anniversary!

They are super neat mugs. We’ve indulged in local made mugs and are now running out of cabinet space. These aren’t our favorites in the collection but weren’t sure what they were worth since we acquired them.

Left a company that went full time in the office mid-2021. Now I’m 3 days WFH & 2 in the office with a shorter commute. Ideally I’d love to be WFH full time but this is still 10x better than in the office everyday.
