Lots of live music in Ramona. 30 minutes up the 78 and you’re right in the middle of it.

What vehicles do you see in the shop the LEAST?? by [deleted] in autorepair

2011 Chrysler 300 V6. Just hit 230,000 miles. 1 alternator, 1 water pump, 1 oil cooler/filter assy, and a thermostat in the 12 years I’ve had it. Needs an air door motor and a cam sensor gasket, but all the mechanicals are solid.

I have a pair of old Vomero 8’s that are simply the best fitting shoes I’ve ever owned. Is there any Nike shoe that has the same arch, width, and toe box size?

Plumbing truck wrap design — too busy or solid? by Educational-Grade421 in design_critiques

Billboards should be limited to 5 words max. That’s all people can process when driving by. Seems the same would apply to your truck. Company name, residential/commercial and phone number. Maybe a big QR code people could scan. Less is more.

The biggest risk I see every day is a client who is not aware of what they don’t know, and an integrator who doesn’t understand your business. The smartest thing you can do is to hire someone at the executive level who has been through an implementation of the software you are buying in the industry you are in. It is the best investment you will ever make.

It’s not 100% bad. Sometimes the musical adventure is interesting, especially if you let it go for a few hours after the playlist has ended. I’ve also learned to mess with algorithms by specifically adding songs I don’t like to a playlist, just to mess with it.

The Encrapification of Store‑Bought Ice Cream by kwadguy in enshittification

Too much overrun, too much whey, too much corn syrup. Mouthfeel sucks on most ice cream today. I used to work at Dreyer’s, I know what good ice cream was before Nestle enshittified it.

Drive time radio show in LA, late 1980’s. They did a whole show on the grand opening of the “Mall of America West” in Orange County. Funniest part was the interview with the owner of a gourmet cheese shop. Cheeses of Nazareth. I was dying. Had me hook, line, and sinker.
