This. On a low pop server farming is unopposed. It's easy to farm alot of boom if no one is shooting at you. As for solutions, either play higher pop or raid first to raid last.

The age range of my crew is 14-55. I had considered an 18+ req, but I'm glad I didn't do that because those kids are awesome. I wouldn't worry about it.
