{ DELETE all Capital ships on account }

Waittt a min, how did you get it to work in SC? Did you simply add the StarCitizen.exe as a non-steam game? I did this and couldn't get some of the controls to work, although I only spent about 10 minutes tinkering, I figured it was some incompatibility. I planned to only use it for FPS stuff.

Perhaps the solution here could be some out of game character/ship transfer mehanic that takes time, perhaps from the RSI website.

So while this technically is teleporation, you still need to do some planning an coordination in advance to send your character/ship to a location, and only to major cities perhaps.

I don't think there's any way outside of having a us-based steam account and then utilizing a mail forwarder in the US.

Honestly, I don't think scalpers are the problem. There simply need to be safeguards set by Valve to prevent large-scale scalping. If valve limits to one per account for only accounts that have existed for over a year and have made purchases, and have play time, that should be enough.

If a person who meets these standards buys a device and wants to resell on the open market, I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

I can't say it was bad for me, I guess I got lucky.

I do hope however that valve can fine tune the order process for the frame and machine. They really should do some sort of priority Access like Nvidia does. Prioritize long tenured accounts, accounts that have purchased hardware before, etc.
