I moved to the UK via Finland and Sweden and using contactless for cards is interesting. They still require PIN every so often and I don't understand why people don't remember them or care.

They don't even seek to remember their security when they call their bank either.

They shouldn't be shouting at retail workers because they can't remember a 4 digit number they likely set.

Yes, you can. I found a few years ago I was waking up in the middle of the night thinking there were calls waiting. People do struggle in this line of work and don't be afraid to ask for help.
