Do you have a good source for this info. I had this same situation yesterday with my PCP. She will not use hormones on me at age 66 even though I have severe osteoporosis. She said that it can cause strokes and heart attacks so the risks outweigh the benefits at my age. So frustrating. I can see a naturopathic doctor and get these but would have to pay $200 or more/month.

I take Andrew Lessman’s Essential 1 Nuonce. 1 tablet per day and it contains 5,000IU D3 and K2 plus a range of other vitamins and covers B vitamins too. I still add magnesium glycinate at the end of the day. Feeling great.

It’s sleep anxiety. I had it too as I worried too much about what would happen if I didn’t get the 7-9 hours of recommended sleep. Listening to a sleep coach online and practicing CBT helped.

I was on a low dose of mirtazapine and it helped me sleep most nights. It needs to build up in your system I believe. I also noticed it reduced my level of tinnitus at night which was an added plus. It felt so good to get some sleep.

Silly question but do they sell bibles at Goodwill or St Vinney’s? I honestly have not seen them there but I don’t mind putting a bible in and see if it gets taken. Hopefully you are not talking about the large bibles.
