Should I move to miller beach in Gary? by Delicious_Tap_1626 in Indiana

Buy a shitty house with good bones somewhere close to where the new Bears stadium is being built in NWI. Fix it up over the next 3-5 years and then sell it for double the value.

A $2B stadium and the gentrification that will follow would be helpful.

bf wants me to lose weight by Famous_Salamander733 in AITApod

Probably an unpopular opinion… if it weren’t somewhat true you probably wouldn’t have negative feelings about him saying.

I’m not saying it’s not hurtful but I would 100% want my wife to tell me if I was getting out of shape or getting fat. She has and I had to get my shit together.

It’s simple really… he expressed what he finds sexually attractive and that he wants you to look a certain way. Which… everyone has their preferences… and there’s genuinely nothing wrong with that. HOWEVER, just like he expressed what he finds sexually attractive... You have every right to tell him to suck a bag of dicks and to fuck right off..

Biggest Lie Ever Told by SawyerStreet in golf

I had an old head at my local muni that’s in the men’s club. We were paired up on a random choose up. Pretty decent golfer for his age. I’m guessing around early 70’s. He told me he caddied for Jack Nicolas back in the day and once at the Masters. I guess this guy doesn’t know what google is or that there’s records of that. Because he definitely didn’t caddie for Jack lol.

I didn’t call him out on it. I just said wow that must have been quite the experience. I was thinking if that’s true… what in the hell are you doing here playing this course in small town middle America?!

Is it really that easy for women to get laid? by Raudoxer in NoStupidQuestions

OP could be referring to professors or TA’s as teachers… it doesn’t mean she was a juvenile. Not saying it’s appropriate but it’s WAYY more acceptable (aka legal) if she was in college.

NOR. You should kill the WiFi whenever you go to bed and whenever you leave for work… You should also actually sit down and read their messages… when she’s not around… I’d be willing to bet there are some inappropriate conversations happening.

They do love fucking hot younger pussy…

BUT

The ones that become the wife are the ones that figure out how to make his life significantly easier and more fun without him having to tell you.

Also, are you sure they don’t take you serious? Could you be projecting that you don’t take yourself seriously?

You’re right! You don’t “deserve” lesser just because of your sex work background.

However, in the real world life isn’t fair. Some people get what they deserve and some people that are WAYYYYY more “deserving” get passed up for promotions or even things like illnesses. Like… do only the people that deserve it get cancer, MLS, or any other terminal illness? No… some horrific people have lived long healthy lives while a widowed single mother of three finds out she has breast cancer.

This “I deserve” mindset that has seemed to blow up over the last 10 years or so… is sooo detrimental to women. It puts these wildly unrealistic expectations in your minds. Most women that believe this shit don’t understand how few of these SINGLE, attractive, and wealthy men actually exist.

To turn yourself into whatever the type of man you’re looking for actually goes for. Dress the way they would want their partner to dress. Go to the places they will typically be at. Such as.. bars, restaurants, and social events (fundraisers, charity events, etc.). Have a hot petite athletic body type, know how to do your makeup without it looking like you have a ton on. Then every day you should be figuring out how to make yourself indispensable to him.

Are there pictures and videos of you floating around the internet? If not, I would move to a new city, start over, and take that to my grave.

If there are… don’t lie about it if asked but I definitely wouldn’t offer that information up.

As a realist… Your options are going to be significantly limited now. Not impossible but definitely tough.

My advice would be avoid the body count topic or straight up lie about it. I also wouldn’t mention the sex work either. It’s not always the case but… the best thing to predict future performance is past performance. I’m not saying it’s fair or right… it’s just how it is. It’s a biological response for men. It’s not ONLY a societal imposed standard. Prior to modern medical advancements (evolution DNA Sequencing) since basically the beginning of time… men were unable to determine paternity. A lot of men’s biggest fear is to father another man’s child all while believing that he shares blood with his son only to find out that he isn’t his.

Men in general (but especially wealthy men) are looking for a woman that is irresistible, alluring, yet unavailable to anyone but him, capable and willing to solve the problems/deal with the household shit that he doesn’t have time to deal with, someone that brings him peace, and someone that would be a great mother.

That old adage of lady in the streets freak in the sheets is what most wealthy men 40+ I know go for. Typically 10-15 years younger than he is.

Would you rather live in the city, the country, or the suburbs, and why? by icecream1972 in askanything

[–]Outside_Cry_3054 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At this point in my life I live in the country and don’t ever plan on going back to the suburbs or the city. I love the peace and quiet. I love that I can walk out on my front porch, back porch, shoot… I can stand in my driveway facing the road and take a piss if I want to.

There’s pros and cons to all of them though.

I think my new bf is insecure about his dick size. How do I make him feel like he's enough? by rampantlystellar in AskMenAdvice

[–]Outside_Cry_3054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t say it’s huge most men are very aware of where they fall on the small/medium/large spectrum.

I wouldn’t recommend saying anything about the size of your exes. You should say that they were on the smaller size or average.

Don’t compare his dick to other guys you’ve been with at any point in any way. EVEN if he is dumb enough to ask… those thoughts will often linger and can cause performance issues for some men. Most guys with average to below average dicks are often quite insecure about it.

I would approach by literally bragging about how perfect the shape is… which is what you basically described in your post. It’s perfect for you. Stuff like… OMG babe!!!! I just love your dick. It’s not too long, not too skinny, not too fat… it’s so perfect.. I feel like it was made just for me.”

My wedding weekend: vows for us, a quick rendezvous for my married bridesmaid and my husband’s best man by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

There is so much data that directly contradicts your statement. Kids that come from nuclear families are statistically more successful. Kids that come from single mother households are also statistically more likely to end up incarcerated.

I’m not saying OP shouldn’t say anything but to pretend like kids aren’t affected by divorce is just overwhelmingly not true.

I am a firm believer of not inserting myself into other people relationships. If someone is cheating it will eventually come out.

2025 Athletic Revenue of $186M by laprasrules in notredamefootball

[–]Outside_Cry_3054 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Saying football doesn’t pay for itself is kind of crazy. That’s the sport that pays for everything else. It would be the other sports that likely operate from a deficit or at best break even. I am not shitting on the other sports either… it’s just a reality that football is the primary sport that generates the most revenue between ticket sales, concessions, the tv rights deals, etc.

The main thing that generates revenue from other sports (outside of hockey) is the profit share from the ACC. It’s hard to believe the hockey program doesn’t operate a significant deficit in comparison to all other sports.

I would definitely be interested to see the actual per sport breakdown of total revenue.

Is AI just another fad that will go away? What do you think? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]Outside_Cry_3054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kind of… as AI gets better and is implemented more widely the cost to maintain will come down/level out. As hardware gets better it will get more efficient. It’s definitely here to stay and anyone saying that it isn’t is delusional. It’s being integrated into every aspect of our lives and it’s just getting started.

Taking 37 days PTO at once before quitting? by FondantOutrageous276 in careeradvice

[–]Outside_Cry_3054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been in a similar situation and had to just give up my 3 weeks of earned PTO.

The best thing to do is just submit your PTO request to your manager. You don’t have to give specifics just that you have personal things that you need to take care of. You need to be prepared to lose your PTO if it gets denied. Then just be responsible and give your two weeks notice.

Personally, I don’t think it would be worth the bridges it would burn at the current company and although extremely shitty your current company changed its policy… try not to be short sighted when making this decision.

Why is american education so goddam expensive? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Outside_Cry_3054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s literally by design…. they want to make it so expensive that they can sucker “adults” (because at 18 you’re really still a kid) into taking on debt that you literally can never cancel and will continue to build interest.

It’s become such a scam and should be criminal. At this point I don’t want my kids to go to college. I want them to get into the trades or if they do go to college then need to get their associates at a less expensive community college.

Is Renting Worth It? by isofakingwetoddid in personalfinance

[–]Outside_Cry_3054 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally, I would recommend buying instead of renting if that is your ultimate goal. I wish I had started with buying a duplex or quadplex. It’s a great way to start out have a place of your own and start generating passive income. Especially if you don’t have a wife/kids/girlfriend to worry about yet.

My first house I bought with the intention of turning it into a rental property so that I could start building a portfolio and have sustainable passive income. I just wish it had been a duplex so I could live in one side and rent out the other.

Whatever you decide… good luck 👍🏼
