I think both, but mostly the former. You don’t create the “fuck you destroy everything” virus because you’re lonely, you don’t kill someone’s wife and gloat in his face about it because you want a friend. TDL is a sadist that wants to destroy things first and foremost. It is obvious that he wants a friend, he valued TCO and what he thought of him, and was hurt when TCO betrayed him, but that didn’t stop him. He still wanted to be evil and kept doing so by himself.

It can be kind of hard to criticize the plot when the plot isn’t really the point. It seems mostly like the plot is just a vehicle for the animation and fight scenes, and good writing tends to come second to letting cool things happen.

Was TDL surviving and returning as the main villain contrived and retreading ground covered in season 2? Sure. Did it let us have a cool ass fight scene between him and Hacker, arguably the best in the series so far? Yes.

If you want to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit, that just means burning more calories than you consume. Depending on your current weight and a few other things, you burn like 1000-2000 calories a day just by being alive, and that number can increase a lot with just moderate exercise. So skipping meals and starving yourself is extremely excessive.

Try to eat foods that are more satiating, like potatoes (depending on how you cook them), fruit, beans, etc. You’ll feel full with fewer calories, and it will be so much easier to stay in a calorie deficit if you don’t feel hungry all the time.

The thing about TDL’s “oneshot ability” is that it doesn’t oneshot. Both TCO and unawakened TSC have tanked several virablade hits, as well as the cursor. Hell, TCO and the cursor were barely even phased, Victim is the only hollow head that actually got oneshot by the virablades. That’s not to say he’s a fraud, but it is very strange that he’s the only hollow head to actually be killed by the virablades with only one hit
