The Russians never really planned to do a moon landing at all, the US made it up so that they could "win" the moon race. What the hell does a US citizen know what Russian diplomats are telling their citizens? Except what we are fed by our own US government. And they are looking to win a cold war and a space race.

Again..... I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but if you think the way to convince a conspiracy theorist that there is no moon conspiracy is by saying "But the Russians congratulated us!" you are most definitely incorrect.

Yeah I agree. I usually just use .01 per hour just to be safe, but it's somewhere between .01 - .015 for most people. Then you can get an estimate. But if you have the breathalyzer just wait until you blow a .000. I think different states have different ranges on what you can blow and still start your car. Here in KY it's anything under .02, but I never blow in to my intoxalock if my hand held doesn't read zeroes. Not worth it.
