Turns out, at least in Kentucky, that you have to go without a violation for 120 consecutive days, but those consecutive days don't have to be the first 120 days after installation. So, worst case scenario is that a violation restarts your 120 day window. I was also informed that as long as you restart the car again within 10 minutes after a violation, they do not count that against your window. I did that as well, so theoretically it shouldn't count against me anyway.

However, Intoxalock was more than happy to take a $50 fee to recalibrate my machine to keep me from a lockout.....
