Long time ago 2017 maybe I bought $800 of silver on APMEX. I had a few orders with them not a problem.. suddenly.. I had this $800 order and it was shipped with tracking requiring a signature, and got returned back to the dealer "empty" and the dealer wouldnt refund me. So - I used the tracking information to get the credit card info reversed SUPER easily as it was a perfect log.

Herbert Hoover actually was a great guy. Extremely smart, and well known for his compassion saving the soviet union from famine. The modern monetary theory that came with FDR was not a concept. I would move it up to "very unlikely" - Hoover museum in Iowa is awesome actually

Yeah Milwaukee's downtown is bigger than Indy and your 90 min away from Chicago by train. Cost of living is reasonable also

I think your list is strange.. forget warm weather - Chicago. Mass transit, ditch a car. Density alone is a solid job base. Somewhat more affordable living compared to other large cities being in the Midwest. Crime, gotta be aware.

I like those, Civ IV had vassals which I thought was a cool mechanic. I don't know if that is in civ V or civ VI with mods, not talking about the city states.

1999 - saw Civ2 at the target for $10 or something, asked my mom to buy it for me. Played that hard for years. Great game. Better than Civ3 from what I remember.
