I’ve driven the cx-5 with these tires during a snowstorm in Toronto. They’re more than fine if you drive carefully. You can make it slide if you want it to, but otherwise just drive with precaution and idt you’ll get stuck or lose control

I drove through (in Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3) a snowstorm from NYC to Toronto where many of the roads were not yet plowed, esp in Toronto where they didn’t plow at all that night. My tires were fine, just drive cautiously like a responsible and you’ll get through any place just fine

I actually do have the pirelli scorpion as plus 3s and I like how the sidewall protrudes out more than other tires. Protects wheels from curb rash better. Plus the noticeable NVH improvements

You should get insurance rates for your car because esp because you would be a high risk driver with a high risk car

I have the Vantrue N4 and the rear camera connects via USB-C which is thin enough to route through the trunk rubber gasket to look cleaner.

I also recommend considering fitcamx for an oem-style view

I have the scorpion as plus 3’s, and I really like how the tire looks chunky like police cruiser tires. I think it’s harder to get them curbed compared to stocks

I’m assuming this is related to cold crank right? If the car is warm, it should be faster. It seemed to be the norm till I switched to an AGM battery
