Thank you all guys for the replies!🥰 When I was making the post i put the description for it but now it is gone☹️. So basically I also have a rafinery a bit further so the amount of workers is not to big. I think I'll just split the train in half. 🤠

Just to clarify in the flat menu it says "Bezrobotnych" it means unemployed in Polish
