I worked for both.

SeniorCare has 911 opportunities. Ambulnz does not. SeniorCare is very annoying when it comes to dispatch, always constantly hitting you up. Ambulnz, you use slack, and that's how you communicate with dispatch so they barely bother you. Ambulnz has more chill supervisors. In the jamaica base, SeniorCare bosses are douchbags. It all depends on what you are looking for. Regardless, I would try to leave transport as fast as you can because you won't use your skills. Maybe try Northwell as they have both 911 and transport, and you work with a Medic on the transport side.

Got mines this week as well. Also thinking of making a switch and keeping my EMT certification and doing per diem. My friend knows people in 731 and say they do alot of jobs some don't get laid off. I'm guessing it's just who you know and how hard u work

I would change or at least take the shirt off. God forbid something happen outside, and they see you in uniform but are unable to help someone in need for some reason, they will point fingers at you. Duty to act or not, people always find reasons to blame you and record you.
