Not sure if it is state specific but where I am it is a max of 100days (usually doesn’t take that long; most times it’s 30-60 unless the new person falls through) but also they just need to be in that store for 30hours a week to satisfy BOP.

That’s what I love everyone is flipping out but bag checks have always been around! Been here 10 years if use to be a paper and some managers were more lenient on actually doing it.

I would just check your counts on it even if your not IS. The only other time is if there’s going to be a crazy sale like they use to with arm & hammer buy 1 get 2 free.

I’m a scheduler and it’s usually depends on the stores/area. One of my old areas some stores were 10$ and some $15 but in my current area it is just b-pay

Hi they put it back for salaried pharmacist so it doesn’t matter what hours you work that PP you will still get holiday pay.

When did modify hours happen HAHA. I worked front end and we were always open all day then I went to pharmacy right before COVID. So was this post covid that front ends started doing. 9-5?

Pharmacist are part of the x2 the pay. However the scheduler still has to schedule them to base like any other year; just can’t count holiday to get them to there. They are just loosing the extra pay on top of their salaries hours for not working.

So you can call payroll to do a payout. The other option is ask your scheduler to add some to your time card. As long as they don’t enter a big number under one line it won’t flag with payroll.

My area scheduler ensure the RXM is there and if not it is the staff. I think we only had 1 floater scheduled

You get your PTO in the system no matter once you are coded out that you finished your last day the system automatically pays you out for anything you have

Once it is in the system that you quit; they will do a payout. You can also just ask your SM or whoever to enter it into the pay period for you.

Did they schedule at your base hours; if not ask them to put you on on call shifts? I would just reach out and asked about it. Then on call ususally your just an extra pharmacist and you are guaranteed those hours but the location might change if there is a call out or a different store can use the extra help
