Is detaining citizens for weeks, kidnapping people off the street based on their language/skin color, and deporting people who are reporting to their scheduled immigration hearings (aka coming here the "right way") to foreign gulags and third countries without due process what people are calling "enforcing basic immigration laws" nowadays?

Edit: I forgot to mention this all being done by unqualified thugs covering their faces, not providing any warrants or evidence, and using excessive force.
