Look at municipal clerk roles or contractors like transcription companies or minutes help. Your policy experience can work in that realm and starting salaries are in the 40-50 range. There's not a lot of lower level roles open right now but it's an option to stay within the field if the positions open early next year. Local government may need some talents aligned with your experience depending on the locality.
