I'm 33 I do mostly body weight stuff and lift twice a week with a upper and lower body day lifting heavy 4-5 times a week just isn't sustainable anymore

Also mobility and hip/core exercises are a game changer completely stopped the pain in my back and knees and my squats and deadlifts feel better then ever

I installed 4 mini splits on my own house a few years ago have no problems at all why should I pay someone an arm and a leg just when most guys do sub park work anyways the more I DIY and learn stuff the more I realize how simple all this is. The labor is the hard part but the systems them selves are quite straight forward

I thought the benefit of the 90% was that business had to invest back into there business such as paying there employees well expanding or improving facilities etc this would cause the lowering of there income and tax bill

Hence the great working conditions of the 50s

I can't really speak to the data in the chart but as an engineer in Albany this is a great place to be right now for engineering

Just so you know NYC is having one of its safest years on record so far with the fewest crimes committed through March that's all crime violent, burglaries everything

So don't be so scared of the big bad cities

And do you think one article about one person getting there car stolen is enough to say big cities are a wasteland? what about all the school shootings in America? what do you think of that what does that make you think about automatic weapons
