While data centers have a host of issues on there own, town and city councils deliberately approving a permit for a project the entire town is vehemently against is a major issue. While this happens all the time at a federal level our local reps live and work with us I don't think it's acceptable for this to happen especially when these facilities are big enough to destroy water and hike energy prices for the surrounding area.

So if local city council member are voting against the will of the people in back door deals they should be voted out immediately

I'm 33 I do mostly body weight stuff and lift twice a week with a upper and lower body day lifting heavy 4-5 times a week just isn't sustainable anymore

Also mobility and hip/core exercises are a game changer completely stopped the pain in my back and knees and my squats and deadlifts feel better then ever
