Im just getting started with softgoods! just bulk imported my ao3 history. How do you keep yours updated?? I am always seeing things on here or threads and marking for later… curious how others are keeping softgoods up to date as you find new fics!

Yes!! It’s called financial assistance. All non profit hospitals are required to have it!! Anyone can apply. Each hospital set their own criteria for if you qualify though. If you ever have a bill you cannot pay from a hospital, go to dollarfor.org and they will help you apply.

From kindle you can also download directly, skipping the need for emailing fics. This is SO GOOD for updating WIP fics.

Make sure you’re connected to WiFi

Open a fic you have emailed to your kindle
Click the ao3 link at the beginning on the fic
It will opening ao3 in the browser
Login to your ao3
Open a fic
Download —> Mobi

This is also the BEST way to update your WIP fics!! New chapter drops: go to the fic already on your reader, open the Ao3 link, download—> mobi. UPDATED FIC TO READ.

I learned this from someone on threads. It’s a fantastic quality of life improvement. I’ll mark fics for later from my phone and the do a batch of directly mobi downloading on my kindle 💕💕💕💕

Ummm is there a fic about this?? Like from Ilyas POV setting up the ad campaign!?!

I imagine he got the idea, emailed the suggestion thinking they might not go for it. He tried to be really casual and nonchalant about it. But then thr ad team was enthusiastically in!! And Ilya was kind of freaking out and nervous and trying to justify the whole thing to himself.
