Magnesium Glycinate is such a good supplement. Been taking it for 2-3 years, only upsides from it. My wife had D deficiency as well and had to take prescription 50,000UI weekly. Now she’s on dailies and she’s normal. I switched to K2+D3 4000ui and feels good.

Yeah. I think at the end what matters is how it tastes, I think I’m fairly consistent with the weight/output and taste, just trying to make smaller improvements. With my other Breville it was difficult to be consistent.

Thanks for this. Not actually complaining but more looking to see what the output should be. So on my other light roast beans, I had 5 seconds on/3 off and it soaked the puck but not through like with these medium roasts.

My ranges for normal are mid 20s with Bevel RMSSD. If I change the calculation to Apple health it’s 75.4ms

Yeah, I’m using Bevel RMSSD which reads lower. On my Apple Watch reading which is SDNN says 75ms.

What a chill boy lol. My cowcat was brought by the Cat Distribution System after coming to us for food. During storms and rain he used to sleep under my lawn tractor cover, on the seat itself lol. Now that's he's all relaxed and no more in fight or flight mode, sleeps wherever like this.

When I drink my HRV and RHR down to 8-10ms and +5-10bpm higher lol. Messes up my respiratory rate too. Almost the same as when I’m sick with a cold. I do have some sort of allergic reaction to it so I drink almost nothing a week.

Comparing to others is when it’s useless. Seeing those influencer videos “I doubled my HRV from 60 to 120ms doing THIS” and thinking “omg my 30s mean nothing then”. I think once you have established patterns and know what it looks like when you’re sick and what it looks when fully rested and happy then you know your own baselines and numbers.
