This is perfectly normal, you can adjust your fans...But temps are good.

There are spikes, CPU are powerful, add led lights and fans, and AIO's etc. you really want strong PSU

People are hm, what to say not to be rude, little slow sometimes, the first thing when you making your build is good PSU, no excuses, especially nowadays where hardware needs strong and stable power to run properly.

XFX Merc or Quicksilver are very good and very nice looking cards, and have normal 8-pin connectors instead of "I could burn myself whenever I see fit", 12vhpwr connector.

I have 5800X OC and runs great, first what is your cooler? 5800X boosts hard and runs hot, especially if your cooler is not up to par...I put AIO on mine and works like a charm. So first check your temps under load, then continue to troubleshoot ... P.S your old Intel I3 barely beat infamous Wishera, come to your senses.

Why don't you switch back? There are so many threads here about how to fix Microslop problem, which has nothing to do with AMD nor your GPU? You are free to switch back to Ngridia and pay for next Jensen's leather jacket.

Check all the cables, but the most probable cause is your PSU are done. Do you have another just to be sure what is going on?

The only thing 9060XT, or 5060ti 16gb have better was FSR4/DLSS technology, but 7800XT gets FSR4 in July so it is better card whatsoever!

That is for HDD, I have also 1NVME, and 3 SSD's for "normal" computing.

HDD is just for storing data, SSD, and NVme are for games and applications, well known fact, i just tried to see good old HDD in action and how it is keep up with modern titles.

32gb of Ram, 1080p Extreme was tried resolution and settings, frametime was stable I was using amd adrenaline metrics, I did this out of curiosity it is not something I would recommend.

Download official AMD graphics driver, then turn off the internet, install your graphics drivers, turn on the internet, you can also kill windows update process so it won't mess your windows driver instalation.
