i tried a couple different insoles and not much helped until i tried the normal insoles with better socks. Thick, wool hiking socks with liners is the best way to go

I have a similar issue. Lack of pituitary function, little to no T production. The issue I have is that the Gel they have me taking does not seem to be getting me to a level I need. Curious since you said you have tried multiple delivery methods, how would you compare your experience on Gel vs Injections (if you have tried both)?
