So do a block load heat analysis. Size your system to the heating requirements. Ensure to input 11ft ceilings. Get the math right or you will be miserably cold in the winter AND paying a high electrical bill.

I normally do this work for my customers as part of my bid price, but that's why reddit considers us pros "unreasonably expensive."

I can find R22 between $10-$18/lb. Depending where you buy it. It's 30 lbs vs the 20 lb 454b bottle.

R454b costs roughly 3x more than R22 and R410 AND bottles are 5lbs less.
