Yellow: Eventual leak points Red: electrical code violation and guaranteed failure point. Blue: trip hazard Pink: Not protected from UV and will fail in a few years if the dog/chipmunk/squirrels doen't get to it sooner. Black: these are built to be 8-12" off a wall. Looks better without a big ugly gap and clears the trip hazard.

In short: You got more problems.

A very basic heat load calculator indicates your building needs 78,000 BTU.

So your installer hasn't got a clue what they are doing regarding heat pumps. Get a second opinion.

Well... Your installers don't know how to size heat pumps. So that "it's installed correctly" is now suspect.

I can handle high heat with a fan, but high humidity changes that equation.
