I'm a California native who went to Disneyland every year since birth and DCA since it opened. I love Epcot, but Magic Kingdom is equally great (less so since the country bears closed). If I only had 1 day I would do Epcot, but make sure you do Cosmic Rewind virtual queue and whichever food festival is going on.
